Don’t be fooled though because it may be pretty short, but it is truly one of the most challenging workout routines that we have ever seen.
It will leave you tired, beaten, and almost unable to stand, not to mention that it works out every single muscle in your body from top to bottom. On a side note, this is a very intense routine so it isn’t really meant for beginners. Of course, you can always try doing fewer reps of each exercise if the full workout is a little too much for you.
